His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to

Vote N ^o 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of

Appropriation Act N ^o 1, 2010-11, hereby appoints:

David Collins as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Burundi and the State of Eritrea, with residence in Nairobi; and

Alain Latulippe as High Commissioner for Canada to the Kingdom of Swaziland, with residence in Maputo.

étrangères et en vertu du crédit n 1 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n 1 1 pour 2010-2011, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme :

David Collins en qualité d = ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République du Burundi et de l’État d’Érythrée, avec résidence à Nairobi;

Alain Latulippe en qualité de haut-commissaire du Canada auprès du Royaume du Swaziland, avec résidence à Maputo.
