   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 1, 2010-11, hereby appoints the Honourable Loyola Hearn, P.C., as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Ireland, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($126,900 - $149,300).
