   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 159(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby fixes the salary of Carol Hilling, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), for the period she is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($117,600 - $138,400), commencing on May 28, 2010 and until such time as a new Assistant Deputy Chairperson is appointed.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 159(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe le traitement de Carol Hilling, membre à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-présidente adjointe de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (117 600 $ - 138 400 $), commençant le 28 mai 2010 et se terminant à la date de nomination d’un nouveau vice-président adjoint.
