His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to paragraph 37(1.1)(a) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act (Act), hereby approves the Government of Canada’s response, as it relates to the Act, to the environmental impact review report of the joint review panel on the Mackenzie gas project, in the annexed form.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu du paragraphe 37(1.1) de la Loi canadienne sur l’évaluation environnementale (la Loi), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la réponse du gouvernement du Canada, pour ce qui relève de la Loi, au rapport d’évaluation des répercussions environnementales de la commission d’examen conjoint sur le projet gazier Mackenzie, conforme au texte ci-annexé.
