His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Stephen Rigby of Ottawa, Ontario, to be National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($235,000 - $276,500), effective November 15, 2010.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Stephen Rigby, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de conseiller à la sécurité nationale auprès du premier ministre, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (235 000 $ - 276 500 $), à compter du 15 novembre 2010.
