   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Janice Charette of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Secretary to the Cabinet and Deputy Minister (Intergovernmental Affairs), Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($235,000 - $276,500), effective November 15, 2010.

    Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Janice Charette, d’Ottawa (Ontario) à titre de secrétaire associée du Cabinet et sous-ministre (Affaires intergouvernementales) auprès du Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (235 000 $ - 276 500 $ ), à compter du 15 novembre 2010.
