Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, et en vertu des paragraphes 6(3) et 7(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal des revendications particulières, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Harry A. Slade - juge de la Cour suprême de la Colombie-Britannique - président du Tribunal des revendications particulières pour un mandat d’un an.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsections 6(3) and 7(1) of the Specific Claims Tribunal Act, hereby appoints the Honourable Harry A. Slade, a Judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, to be Chairperson of the Specific Claims Tribunal for a term of one year.
