His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 1827 of the Jobs and Economic Growth Act, chapter 12 of the Statutes of Canada, 2010, hereby fixes October 31, 2010 as the day on which section 1797 and subsection 1820(12) of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 1827 de la Loi sur l’emploi et la croissance économique, chapitre 12 des Lois du Canada (2010), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 31 octobre 2010 la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 1797 et du paragraphe 1820(12) de cette loi.
