   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of the Blue Water Bridge Authority, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby re-appoints Ken James of Sarnia, Ontario, as Chairperson of the board of directors of the Blue Water Bridge Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year, effective November 22, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Administration du pont Blue Water, et en vertu de l'article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Ken James, de Sarnia (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de l’Administration du pont Blue Water, à titre amovible, pour une période d’un an, à compter du 22 novembre 2010.
