His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 61(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby authorizes the Minister of Canadian Heritage to sell products generated by the Canadian Conservation Institute, administered by the Department of Canadian Heritage, under the Department of Canadian Heritage Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 61(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise le ministre du Patrimoine canadien à vendre les produits de l’Institut canadien de conservation qui est administré par le ministère du Patrimoine canadien en vertu de la Loi sur le ministère du Patrimoine canadien.
