Whereas The Canadian Wheat Board reports that its financial position is such that an interim payment on account of the distribution of the balance referred to in subsection 33(2) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act can be made to holders of certificates issued by it without loss in respect of wheat and designated barley purchased by it during the pool period commencing on August 1, 2009 and terminating on July 31, 2010;

Whereas The Canadian Wheat Board has determined that the amount of the interim payment per tonne for each grade of wheat and designated barley that may be paid are the amounts set out in Schedules I to II to this Order;

And whereas the Governor in Council, having regard to the report by The Canadian Wheat Board of the effect on its financial position of an interim payment, is of the opinion that the payment can be made without loss;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to subsections 33(3) and 47(2) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby authorizes and directs that The Canadian Wheat Board make an interim payment to holders of certificates issued by it in respect of each grade of wheat and designated barley purchased by it during the pool period commencing on August 1, 2009 and terminating on July 31, 2010, in the amounts per tonne set out in Schedules I to II to this Order, in accordance with the provisions of the Canadian Wheat Board Act.

Attendu que la Commission canadienne du blé a déclaré que sa situation financière lui permettait de faire, sans perte, des versements intérimaires à valoir sur la distribution du solde mentionné au paragraphe 33(2) de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du blé aux détenteurs des certificats qu’elle a délivrés en ce qui concerne le blé et l’orge désignée dont elle a fait l’achat au cours de la période de mise en commun commençant le 1er août 2009 et se terminant le 31 juillet 2010;

Attendu que la Commission canadienne du blé a fixé aux montants figurant aux annexes I et II ci-jointes les versements intérimaires à faire par tonne pour chaque grade de blé et d’orge désignée;
