His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 55.2(4) of the Patent Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).
