   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Michel Girouard, de la ville de Val d’Or dans la province de Québec, avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure pour les districts d’Abitibi, de Rouyn-Noranda et de Témiscamingue, dans la province de Québec, avec résidence à Amos ou à Rouyn-Noranda ou dans le voisinage immédiat de ces lieux.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Michel Girouard, of the Town of Val d’Or in the Province of Quebec, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the districts of Abitibi, Rouyn-Noranda and Témiscamingue, in the Province of Quebec, with residence at Amos or at Rouyn-Noranda or in the immediate vicinity thereof.
