   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of An Act respecting the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company, hereby reappoints Anna T. Tartaglia of Niagara Falls, Ontario, as a member of the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective October 12, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1) de la Loi concernant la « Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company », Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Anna T. Tartaglia, de Niagara Falls (Ontario), membre de la « Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority », à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 12 octobre 2010.
