   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employees, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, hereby reappoints John Bowman of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective November 1, 2010.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de John Bowman, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 1^er novembre 2010.
