Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby sets apart for the use and benefit of the Glen Vowell Band, as an addition to Sik-E-Dakh Indian Reserve No. 2 in British Columbia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 129 hectares (318.759 acres).

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande Glen Vowell, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Sik-E-Dakh n° 2 en Colombie-Britannique, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 129 hectares (318,759 acres).

All of those lands shown as Block A of District Lot 697, Cassiar District, on a plan filed in the Crown Land Registry in Victoria, B.C., as 34T1707. A copy of the said plan is recorded in the Canada Lands Surveys Records in Ottawa, ON, under number 79142.

Containing an area of 129 hectares (318.759 acres).

Toutes les terres constituant le bloc A du lot de district 697, district de Cassiar, sur le plan 34T1707 déposé au registre des terres de la Couronne à Victoria, en Colombie-Britannique. Une copie dudit plan est enregistrée dans les registres d’arpentage des terres du Canada à Ottawa, en Ontario, et porte le numéro de plan 79142.

La superficie totale des terres représente 129 hectares (318,759 acres).
