Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to denounce on behalf of Canada the Medical Examination of Young Persons (Sea) Convention, 11 November 1921.
