Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to terminate for Canada the Exchange of Notes between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States constituting an Agreement renewing the Agreement of March 29, 1977 concerning the Establishment of Mini Loran-C Stations in the vicinity of St. Marys River in Ontario and Michigan, done on 28 October and 5 December 1980.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’extinction pour le Canada de l’Échange de notes entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis d’Amérique constituant un Accord renouvelant l’Accord du 29 mars 1977 relatif à l’établissement de mini-stations Loran-C à proximité de la rivière Sainte-Marie en Ontario et au Michigan, fait les 28 octobre et 5 décembre 1980.
