Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to terminate for Canada the Exchange of Notes between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America constituting an Agreement providing for the Establishment of a Loran-C Station in the vicinity of Port Hardy, Vancouver Island, B.C., done on 19 and 29 March 1979.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’extinction pour le Canada de l’Échange de notes entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis d’Amérique constituant un Accord prévoyant l’établissement d’une station Loran-C à proximité de Port Hardy sur l’île de Vancouver, C. B., fait les 19 et 29 mars 1979.
