Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to terminate for Canada the Exchange of Notes between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America constituting an Agreement to provide for the Establishment of an Experimental Loran-C Power Chain in the Vicinity of the St. Marys River in Ontario and Michigan, done on 29 March 1977.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’extinction pour le Canada de l’Échange de notes entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis d’Amérique constituant un Accord prévoyant l’établissement d’une chaîne expérimentale Loran-C à proximité de la rivière Sainte-Marie, en Ontario et au Michigan, fait le 29 mars 1977.
