Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to terminate for Canada the Exchange of Notes between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America providing for the Establishment, Maintenance and Operation of a Loran-C Transmitting Station at Williams Lake, B.C. done on 28 May and 3 June 1976.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’extinction pour le Canada de l’Échange de notes entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des États-Unis d’Amérique concernant l’établissement, l’entretien et l’exploitation d’une station d’émission Loran-C à Williams Lake (C.-B.), fait les 28 mai et 3 juin 1976.
