Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to terminate for Canada the Exchange of Notes between Canada and the United States of America relating to the Construction and Maintenance by Canada of a Loran-A Station at Gray Point, British Columbia, done on 8 April 1971.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’extinction pour le Canada de l’Échange de notes entre le Canada et les États-Unis d’Amérique relativement à la construction et l’entretien par le Canada d’une station Loran-A à Gray-Point (Colombie-Britannique), fait le 8 avril 1971.
