Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to terminate for Canada the Exchange of Notes between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America concerning the Loan by the United States of Loran-A Equipment in addition to that loaned under the Agreement of June 8, 1965, done on 19 April and 28 July 1966.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’extinction pour le Canada de l’Échange de notes entre le gouvernement canadien et le gouvernement des États-Unis d’Amérique concernant le prêt par les États-Unis d’un matériel Loran-A s’ajoutant à celui prêté aux termes de l’Accord du 8 juin 1965, fait les 19 avril et 28 juillet 1966.
