Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to terminate for Canada the Exchange of Notes between Canada and the United States of America regarding the Construction and Operation of a Loran Station by the United States Coast Guard at Cape Christian, Baffin Island, done on 1st and 3 May 1954.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’extinction pour le Canada de l’Échange de notes entre le Canada et les États-Unis d’Amérique concernant la construction et l’utilisation d’une station Loran par la garde côtière des États-Unis au Cap Christian, île de Baffin, fait les 1^er et 3 mai 1954.
