Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of San Marino for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing James Fox, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of San Marino, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of San Marino for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République de Saint-Marin sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant James Fox, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République de Saint-Marin, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République de Saint-Marin sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale.
