Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to bring into force for Canada the Exchange of Notes Constituting an Amendment to the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters, done at Ottawa 14 August 2007.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada de l’Échange de notes constituant un amendement à l’Accord d’assistance mutuelle administrative en matière douanière entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Royaume des Pays-Bas, fait à Ottawa le 14 août 2007.
