Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Antarctic Environmental Protection Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Antarctic Environmental Protection Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).
