Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 1783 and 1785 of the Jobs and Economic Growth Act, chapter 12 of the Statutes of Canada, 2010, hereby fixes August 27, 2010 as the day on which sections 1776 to 1782 and 1784 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 1783 et 1785 de la Loi sur l’emploi et la croissance économique, chapitre 12 des Lois du Canada (2010), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 27 août 2010 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 1776 à 1782 et 1784 de cette loi.
