     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No.1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 1, 2010-11, hereby appoints:

   Christopher Cooter as High Commissioner for Canada to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Permanent Observer of Canada to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS); and

   David Collins as High Commissioner for Canada to the Republic of Kenya with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Uganda and as Permanent Representative of Canada to the United Nations Centre for Human Settlements and to the United Nations Environment Programme, in Nairobi.

étrangères et en vertu du crédit nº 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits nº 1 pour 2010-2011, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme :

    Christopher Cooter en qualité de haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de la République fédérale du Nigéria et observateur permanent du Canada auprès de la Communauté économique des États de l'Afrique de l'Ouest (CEDEAO);

   David Collins en qualité de haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de la République du Kenya avec accréditation simultanée auprès de la République de l’Ouganda et en qualité de représentant permanent du Canada auprès du Centre des Nations Unies pour les établissements humains et auprès du Programme des Nations Unies pour l’environnement, à Nairobi.
