Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 103(1) of the Jobs and Economic Growth Act, chapter 12 of the Statues of Canada, 2010, hereby fixes September 1, 2010, as the day on which sections 99 to 102 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 103(1) de la Loi sur l’emploi et la croissance économique, chapitre 12 des Lois du Canada (2010), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er septembre 2010 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 99 à 102 de cette loi.
