Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Slovak Republic on Youth Mobility; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing the Honourable Peter Van Loan, Minister for International Trade, or Valerie Raymond, Ambassador of Canada to the Slovak Republic, to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Slovak Republic on Youth Mobility.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République slovaque relatif à la mobilité des jeunes;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant l’honorable Peter Van Loan, ministre du Commerce international, ou Valerie Raymond, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République slovaque, à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République slovaque relatif à la mobilité des jeunes.
