   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Privy Council Vote No. 1 of Appropriation Act No. 2, 1981-82, hereby appoints Janice Charette of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Senior Advisor to the Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($235,000 - $276,500), effective July 26, 2010.

    Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 du Conseil privé, de la Loi n^o 2 de 1981-82 portant affectation de crédits, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Janice Charette, d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre de conseillère supérieure auprès du Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et d’autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (235 000 $ - 276 500 $ ), à compter du 26 juillet 2010.
