   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Grant B. Walsh of Burlington, Ontario, as chairperson of the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée, et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Grant B. Walsh, de Burlington (Ontario), président du conseil d’administration de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée pour un mandat de quatre ans.
