Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Yves Tardif, juge de la Cour supérieure pour le district de Montréal dans la province de Québec, avec résidence dans la ville de Montréal ou dans le voisinage immédiat de cette ville, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure pour les districts de Saint-François et Bedford, dans la province de Québec, avec résidence à Sherbrooke ou dans les environs.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Yves Tardif, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the District of Montréal in the Province of Quebec, with residence in the City of Montréal or in the immediate vicinity thereof, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the districts of Saint-François and Bedford, in the Province of Quebec, with residence at Sherbrooke or in the immediate vicinity thereof.
