   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby:

 (a)  appoints James Brook Wilson of Opaskwayak, Manitoba, as Treaty Commissioner of the Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba, to hold office during pleasure, for a term ending March 31, 2011; and

 (b)  fixes his remuneration and other conditions of employment, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($190,400 - $224,000).

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 a)  nomme James Brook Wilson, d’Opaskwayak (Manitoba), commissaire du bureau de la Commission des relations découlant des traités du Manitoba, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 31 mars 2011;

 b)  fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (190 400 $ - 224 000 $).
