   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsections 10(2), 12(1) and 15(2) of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act, hereby

 (a)  appoints the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald of Mabou, Nova Scotia, to be a member of the Canada- Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of six years;

 (b)  agrees with the Provincial Government that the terms and conditions of the appointment of the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald as a member of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board should be in accordance with the annexed schedule;

 (c)  fixes the salary of the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald at the rate set out in the annexed schedule; and

 (d)  fixes the terms and conditions of the appointment of the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald in accordance with the annexed schedule.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu des paragraphes 10(2), 12(1) et 15(2) de la Loi de mise en oeuvre de l'Accord Canada—Nouvelle-Écosse des hydrocarbures extracôtiers, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil

 a)  nomme l’honorable Rodney J. MacDonald, de Mabou (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre de l'Office Canada–Nouvelle-Écosse des hydrocarbures extracôtiers, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de six ans;

 b)  convient avec le gouvernement provincial que le traitement et les autres conditions d’emploi de l’honorable Rodney J. MacDonald à titre de membre de l’Office Canada–Nouvelle-Écosse des hydrocarbures extracôtiers soient conformes à l’annexe ci-jointe;

 c)  fixe le traitement de l’honorable Rodney J. MacDonald au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe;

 d)  fixe, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, les conditions d'emploi de l’honorable Rodney J. MacDonald.
