   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Order in Council P.C. 2007-355 of March 15, 2007, hereby appoints Susan O’Sullivan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be special adviser to the Minister of Justice, to be known as the Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($117,600 - $138,400), effective August 16, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et du décret C.P. 2007-355 du 15 mars 2007, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Susan O’Sullivan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseillère spéciale du ministre de la Justice, devant porter le titre d’ombudsman fédéral des victimes d’actes criminels, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (117 600 $ - 138 400 $), à compter du 16 août 2010.
