                 Whereas the Honourable Moira L. Caswell, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, in the Province of Ontario, died on March 2, 2003, while holding that office;

                 Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 44 of the Judges Act, hereby grants an annuity of $70,066.66 to Mr. Ralph Caswell, widower of the Honourable Moira L. Caswell, commencing on March 3, 2003 and continuing thenceforth during his life.

                 Attendu que l’honorable Moira L. Caswell est décédée le 2 mars 2003 alors qu’elle occupait le poste de juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario,

                 À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’article 44 de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil accorde, à compter du 3 mars 2003, une pension viagère de 70 066,66 $ à monsieur Ralph Caswell, veuf de l’honorable Moira L. Caswell.
