   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Courts Administration Service Act, hereby appoints Suzanne Labbé of Ottawa, Ontario, to be interim Chief Administrator of the Courts Administration Service, to hold office during pleasure for a maximum term of six months or until such time as a new Chief Administrator is appointed, whichever is earlier, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 7 ($190,400 - $224,000), effective June 18, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 5 et 6 de la Loi sur le Service administratif des tribunaux judiciaires, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Suzanne Labbé, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste d’administratrice en chef intérimaire du Service administratif des tribunaux judiciaires, à titre amovible, pour un mandat maximal de six mois ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouvel administrateur en chef du Service administratif des tribunaux judiciaires soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités à se présenter, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (190 400 $ - 224 000 $), à compter du 18 juin 2010.
