   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 273.63(1) of the National Defence Act, hereby appoints the Honourable Robert Décary, Q.C., of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Commissioner of the Communications Security Establishment, to hold office, during good behaviour, for a term of three years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($500 - $600).

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu du paragraphe 273.63(1) de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Robert Décary, c.r., de Gatineau (Québec), commissaire du Centre de la sécurité des télécommunications, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (500 $ - 600 $).
