   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 3 and subsection 5(2) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, hereby appoints Nora English of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Kenneth O. Higginbotham, effective June 23, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur le Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Nora English, de Mount Pearl (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), conseillère du Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Kenneth O. Higginbotham, à compter du 23 juin 2010.
