Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission enter into a ten-year lease, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission, beginning no later than November 1, 2010 and with three renewal options of five years each, with Trillium Beverages Inc. operating as the Mill Street Brewery, for the operation of a brewery pub and restaurant, the premises being located at 555 Wellington Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par la Commission de la capitale nationale d’un bail aux conditions que la Commission de la capitale nationale juge satisfaisantes, d’une durée de dix ans à compter du 1^er novembre 2010 au plus tard et renouvelable pour trois options de cinq ans chacune, avec Trillium Beverages Inc. faisant affaires sous le nom de Mill Street Brewery, pour l’exploitation d’une brasserie artisanale et d’un restaurant, situés au 555, rue Wellington à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
