Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and St. Vincent and the Grenadines for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Ruth Archibald, High Commissioner for Canada to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and St. Vincent and the Grenadines for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et Saint-Vincent-et-les Grenadines sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Ruth Archibald, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de Saint-Vincent-et-les Grenadines, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et Saint-Vincent-et-les Grenadines sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale.
