Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Commonwealth of Dominica for the Exchange of Information with respect to Tax Matters; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Ruth Archibald, High Commissioner for Canada to the Commonwealth of Dominica, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Commonwealth of Dominica for the Exchange of Information with respect to Tax Matters.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et le Commonwealth de la Dominique sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Ruth Archibald, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès du Commonwealth de la Dominique, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et le Commonwealth de la Dominique sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale.
