Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of Anguilla under Entrustment from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the Exchange of Information with respect to Tax Matters; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Ruth Archibald, High Commissioner for Canada to Barbados, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of Anguilla under Entrustment from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the Exchange of Information with respect to Tax Matters.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement d’Anguilla agissant en vertu d’un mandat du gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Ruth Archibald, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de la Barbade, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement d’Anguilla, agissant en vertu d’un mandat du gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord, sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale.
