Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Kingdom of Norway; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, or the Honourable Marjory LeBreton, Minister of State (Seniors), or John Hannaford, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Kingdom of Norway, or Janice Charette, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, or Jacques Paquette, Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, Income and Social Development, Department of Human Resources and Skills Development, to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Kingdom of Norway.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et le Royaume de Norvège;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Diane Finley, ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, ou l’honorable Marjory LeBreton, ministre d’État (Aînés), ou John Hannaford, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès du Royaume de Norvège, ou Janice Charrette, sous-ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, ou Jacques Paquette, sous-ministre adjoint principal de la Sécurité du revenu et du Développement social, ministère des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et le Royaume de Norvège.
