Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Industry Regulations, pursuant to
(a) subsection 174(6) and section 261 of the Canada Business Corporations Act; and
(b) subsection 130(6) and section 372 of the Canada Cooperatives Act.
Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements (ministèr e de l’Industrie), ci-après, en vertu :
a) du paragraphe 174(6) et de l’article 261 de la Loi canadienne sur les sociétés par actions;
b) du paragraphe 130(6) et de l’article 372 de la Loi canadienne sur les coopératives.
