Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraphs 136(1)(a), (b) and (i) of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001, hereby makes the annexed Northern Canada Vessel Traffic Services Zone Regulations.
