   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Privy Council Vote No. 1 of Appropriation Act No. 2, 1981-82, hereby appoints Peter Sylvester of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Senior Advisor to the Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($162,100 - $190,800), effective July 5, 2010.

    Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 du Conseil privé de la Loi n^o 2 de 1981-82 portant affectation de crédits, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Peter Sylvester, d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre de conseiller supérieur auprès du Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (162 100 $ - 190 800 $ ), à compter du 5 juillet 2010.
