Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, hereby sets apart for the use and benefit of the Elsipogtog First Nation as an addition to Richibucto Indian Reserve No. 15 in the Province of New Brunswick, the lands described in the attached schedule, consisting of 74.8 hectares (184.834 acres) of land, excluding mines and minerals.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la Première nation Elsipogtog, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Richibucto n^o 15, dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 74,8 hectares (184,834 acres) de terre, mines et minéraux exclus.
